Soft Cheeses

Marlow and Kelsey Lane are soft cheeses developed in 2002 made from unpasteurised ewes milk. Both have a white mould rind.

Marlow is full of character, with a deliciously creamy but complex savour and a camembert-style white fluffy rind.

Kelsey is flavoured with garlic and chives or tarragon, as well as plain.
